File Drop
A region that takes a dropped file or one chosen from the picker, through a button or a large dashed target, and marks itself while a file is dragged over.

A field that takes files
The whole box takes a dropped file and the button opens the picker, so the field works for typing, pasting and files alike. Only drags carrying files light it up, so dragging text into the textarea behaves as usual.
